dc.description | The Taguig City government reported a fish kill in the Lakeshore part of Laguna Lake. The Taguig Lake and River Management Office (LRMO) reported that from April 2 to 18, it has collected 2,120 kilos of dead fish. The city government said the possible causes of the fish kill are sudden decrease in dissolved oxygen in water, high water temperature, increase in algae, too many fish in fish pens, and pollution or discharge of dirty water from households or agriculture. | en |
