    Excerpt
In the wake of reports of fish in several towns om this province in the past weeks, the provincial government has enjoined mayors of affected areas to temporarily prohibit harvesting and selling of fish and other aquatic products sourced from the upper stream of the Pampanga River. The recent fish kill incidents have affected the towns of Arayat, Candaba, Masantol, Macabebe, Apalit, San Luis and San Simon. "Let's not wait for the worst to happen. All aquatic products affected by the recent fish kill must be temporarily banned until the test confirms these are already safe for human consumption," said Governor Lilia G. Pineda.
