    At least two to three rounds of negotiations for the crafting of the Code of Conduct (COC) on the South China Sea are expected next year, Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Enrique Manalo said Thursday on Thursday, Nov. 24. This development came as talks on the future COC stalled Covid-19 restrictions, Manalo said.
