Yolanda fisher folk victims from barangays Molocaboc and Taba-ao, in Sagay City, will receive fishing boats from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). DOLE Regional Director Ponciano Ligutom turned over the 20 fishing boast to each barangay beneficiaries as part of the Comprehensive Yolanda Recovery and Reconstruction Program. Ligutom advised beneficiaries to organize themselves and form a cooperative so they would be able to implement their livelihood projects fast and effectively, a release from Sagay City Information Office said.
