    Excerpt
Community development in the fishing village of Lucanin, this town got a much needed shot in the arm with two fishing boast and a newly built chapel added to the local bayside scene. The local fisherfolk association received recently two fishing boats from Seafront shipyard and Port Terminal Services, a private company that operates in the coastal village. One has been assigned to Lucanin proper, which hosts the firm's shipyard, while hosts the other has been turned over to Sitio Tacloban, a remote coastal community of the barangay entirely dependent on fishing.
