The prices of galunggong or round scad are expected to go down following the end of the closed fishing season, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) said. During a televised media briefing, BFAR spokesperson Nazario Briguera said galunggong fishing in Northeastern Palawan resumed on Feb. 1, the end of the closed fishing season.
