    Excerpt
Fisherfolk have observed not just hundreds, but thousands of dead fish floating along rivers, here, spawning fears of a fish kill. Alfredo Dawana, president of the Fishpond Owners, Operators, Fisherfolk Association of Dagupan, Inc. (FOOFADCI), said there are at least 700 fishponds owners, operators, and fisherfolk in this city who fear the possible threat of a massive fish kill due to worsening pollution and siltation of rivers, City Agriculturist Emma Molina could not be reached for comment yesterday.
