Marine Conservation Institute announced that Siete Pecados Marine Park won a prestigious silver-level Blue Park Award for exceptional marine biodiversity conservation at the 9th Our Ocean Conference. With this award, Siete Pecados Marine Park received $6,000 and joined a growing network of 30 awarded Blue Parks around the global ocean that met the highest science-based standards for conservation effectiveness.
