Three individuals were apprehended early Sunday morning, June 9, for illegal fishing in the waters of Panay, Capiz. Elements of the Panay Municipal Police Station and Bantay Dagat caught boat captain Robert Ruado, 46, and crew members Rodolfo Aseolo, 38, and Roger Borbon, 34, all residents of Barangay Casanayan, Pilar, Capiz, in the act of illegal fishing using a trawl.
