A training session for the implementers of the Coastal and Marine Ecosystems Management Program (CMEMP) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) was conducted to improve the assessment of coastal and marine resources. DENR Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan said the training was intended for regional and field program implementers, and trained scuba divers to come up with a more accurate evaluation of marine habitats in the region.
