Mosqueriola, 29; and William C. de Guzman, 31, all of Sitio Gatchalian, Barangay Cabcaben, Mariveles, yielded at least 14 bottles, plastic caps and assorted fish when intercepted by the Philippine National Police Region 3 Maritime Unit.
