Mosqueriola, 29; and William C. de Guzman, 31, all of Sitio Gatchalian, Barangay Cabcaben, Mariveles, yielded at least 14 bottles, plastic caps and assorted fish when intercepted by the Philippine National Police Region 3 Maritime Unit. They have been charged with violating RA 8550, the Philippine Fisheries Code of 1998, for the use of explosives in fishing.en
