Iloilo City's conduct of International Coastal Cleanup Day and Jaro River Cleanup drive collected a total of 16,466 kilos of garbage from shores and riverbank over the weekend. The initiative gathered 5,500 stakeholders including barangays, academe, national government agencies (NGAs), and non-government organizations (NGOs) as massive multi-sectoral support resulted to successful environmental endeavor.
