    Excerpt
The City Agriculture Office (CAO) seized shellfish products coming from Anda town, which was declared by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) as among the areas in Western Pangasinan still affected by the red tide. The confiscation was made in the early morning of January 8 when members of the Bantay Ilog team intercepted an Isuzu elf truck with plate number RMJ 911 while unloading three sacks of mussels, four kilograms of crabs called "cato" and "babangkalangali" at a mini-bus terminal in Perez Boulevard. The mussels was most likely to be channeled to the Dagupan Fish Market.
