Salvador said NolCom has kicked off the 124th celebration of the Philippine Independence Day with a send-off ceremony of a Philippine Navy asset BRP Conrado Yap (PS39) at Soiltech Pier, Barangay Catbangen, San Fernando City, La Union on 10 June 2022, with guests from the Philippine National Police, Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Air Force and Philippine Army.en
