Dr. Alfredo Santiago Jr., head of the aquaculture department of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec-AQD), denounced yesterday what he called an "obvious attempt" by his detractors to sow intrigues calculated "to put a wedge in my relationship with Agriculture Minister Ramon Mitra Jr."
