    The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) is co-sponsoring with the Technology and Livelihood Resource Center a seminar on Prawn Hatchery Operation and Management from Aug. 17 to 22, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. A field trip to a prawn farm will cap the course.
