The Commission on Audit (COA) has given a clean bill of health to the Southeast Asian Fishery Development Center (Seafdec) after conducting a five-month audit of Seafdec's books and performance record. COA sources said the audit has found no case of fund irregularity after concentrating much of its attention to determining whether funds were lost of improperly used.
