The Aquaculture Department of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center here is clinching new contracts this year with foreign entities in ab id to increase aquaculture technologies. AQD chief Alfredo C. Santiago Jr. said that the France-based research center Leremer has agreed to fund the needs of the European community who are expected to send experts here by November. Leremer is expected to contribute $17,000 to the department.
