Alvarez, chairman of the Senate committee on natural resources and ecology, said SB 1259 calls for a pollution profile to be undertaken by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), on which an integrated pollution control plan for the prevention, control and abatement of pollution in urban and rural areas is based.en
