The Department of Science and Technology's Philippine Council for Aquatic and Marine Research and Development (DOST-PCAMRD) has received information from the University of Rhode Island (USA) College of Resource Development on a simple technique that keeps fish fresh for two weeks without refrigeration or preservatives.
