Acting Agriculture Secretary William D. Dar has appointed his undersecretary Cesar Drilon as the Philippine representative to the Council of Directors of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC). Dae also named Director Arsenio S. Camacho of the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) as alternate director.
