Eighty-three aquaculture technicians from 10 countries have completed five training courses conducted during the year by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) based here. Sixteen others are attending the sixth - and the last - course to be offered in 1998 by SEAFDEC AQD.
