Agriculture Secretary William D. Dar will be the guest speaker today at the 25th anniversary celebration of SEAFDEC AQD in Tigbauan, Iloilo. Three activities will highlight the event. One is the launching of manual titled Groupe culture in Brackishwater ponds.
