More than a dozen dolphins appeared under stormy weather from typhoon “Fabian” in Concepcion, a coastal town in northern Iloilo. In a live video taken by Berlin Gallardo, more than a dozen dolphins were spotted on Concepcion Bay just before noon Friday, July 23. Gallardo, who was onboard a motor banca (wooden-hulled boat), initially thought the dolphins were people.
