Congressman yesterday sent an ultimatum to Lucille Sering, Chairman of the Climate Change Commission (CCC), directing her to stop traveling abroad and show up at the next hearing of a House panel. Led by Ako Bikol Party-list Rep. Rodel Batocabe, chairman of the House Committee on Climate Change, the solons chided Sering for snubbing two hearings of the committee despite being sufficiently informed. She reportedly sent word that she was abroad during the two hearings set by the House panel.
