Reports released by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said the incident involved foreign dredger BKM 104, and MV Palawan Pearl. The collision transpired at around 2:10 am. The PCG said dredger BKM 104 was contracted for dredging and other land development activity for the construction of the New Manila Airport.en
