The council of directors of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) has unanimously reappointed the chief of the SEAFDEC aquaculture department (AQD) here for another term. Dr. Rolando R. Platon will serve his two-year term as SEAFDEC AQD chief, starting April 8, SEAFDEC Secretary-general Panu Tavarutmaneegul announced recently in Bangkok, Thailand.
