A government-hosted Southeast Asian center based here has embarked on an aquaculture textbook writing program. The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) ventured into the program on the request of the Iloilo State College of Fisheries (ISCOF) headed by its president, Dr. Elpidio Locsin, Jr.
