The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec) is receiving good feedback from local government units (LGU) for its verification and extension projects. Just recently, Atty. Evelyn Camposano-Jiz, regional manager of the Local Government Support Program (LGSP), wrote Seafdec. "We are indeed grateful for the assistance that you have given to the Local Government Unit of Tapaz, Capiz...Other municipalities like Altavas and Libacao, Aklan have signified their intention to engage in similar undertaking..."
