The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Sub-Stations in Banica, Roxas City and in Carles, Iloilo and Masbate province are jointly conducting search and rescue operations for the three missing persons after their motor banca capsized at the height of typhoon Jolina. Petty Officer 2 Quelin Palmaira, Sub-Station Commander of Coast Guard Sub-Station in Banica, said the operations were temporarily postponed Thursday afternoon and resumed Friday.
