The decomposing carcass of a sea turtle was found in E. B. Magalona, Negros Occidental last Monday. According to Environment Management Specialist II (EMS II) Jojo Vargas, the turtle was found floating by fishermen at the waters off Sitio Roma, Barangay Batea.
