The Mindanao State University (MSU) System and the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) have agreed to carry out aquaculture research and extension projects in Mindanao. Recognizing SEAFDEC AQD's expertise in aquaculture, the MSU system said it wants to adopt technologies that the center has developed.
