    Excerpt
The members of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) in collaboration with the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec), have started recently a joint project on net cage culture of grouper as a livelihood project in Zamboanga, Basilan, Tawi-tawi and Jolo. The project, which showcases the technological and viability of grouper culture, will also enhance the government's effort to accelerate peace and development in Mindanao by generating income for the Muslims.
