    The members of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) in collaboration with the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC), the Southern Philippines Council for Peace and Development (SPCPD) and the Food and Agriculture Organization/United Nations Development Program (FAO/UNDP) have started recently a joint project on net cage culture of grouper as a livelihood project in Zamboanga, Basilan, Tawi-Tawi and Jolo.
