    Four fishermen were reported missing and close to 900 individuals were evacuated after Tropical Storm Dante brought heavy rains and flooding in parts of Western Visayas. As of 12 pm Wednesday, four fishermen in Pilar, Capiz went missing after their pumpboat capsized, based on the initial report of the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC). Meanwhile, 18 families composed of 82 individuals were evacuated in Capiz.
