A lawmaker yesterday urged the Aquino administration to put on hold the implementation of the ₱18.7 billion Laguna de Bay Reclamation Project on allegation that it is among the highly-irregular "midnight deals" rushed by the Arroyo government. Laguna Rep. Dan Fernadez said contract should be included among the past administration's deals that should be brought to the attention of the Truth Commission.
