The Estrada administration is planning to make available through the Internet the list of agricultural and fisheries products offered by Filipino farmers to help them expand their markets and make them globally competitive. Secretary Edgardo Angara of the Department of Agriculture (DA) said that during his recent trip to the United States, he signed an agreement with an e-commerce fir, to list Philippine agricultural products on the Internet and facilitate the purchase of these goods through the Web.
