An inter-agency flagship project is eyeing the reclamation of some 300 hectares of Asia's second largest freshwater basin, Presidential Commission on RIZLAQUE Growth Area executive director Nicandro D. Natividad announced. Dubbed as Rizal-Laguna Lakeshore Road, the P14 billion flagship project is designed to decongest entry and exit points of Rizal and Laguna provinces.
