A government bureau and a Southeast Asian center here have created a joint Technical Project Formulation (TPF) mission to address the problem of the local milkfish fry and shrimp industries. The TPF is now composed of two representatives one each form the Department of Agriculture Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DAB-FAR) and the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD).
