The Department of National Defense (DND) on Wednesday said that the presence of Chinese ships near the Scarborough Shoal is disturbing.DND Public Affairs Service chief Director Arsenio Andaloing said that the presence of the Chinese ships could be a precursor to possible building of structures on the shoal. The DND released photos of the Chinese ships which were spotted, Scarborough Shoal over the weekend.
