President Duterte revealed the other day intelligence reports indicating that China may be planning to start new constructions at disputed areas in the West Philippine Sea, particularly in Scarborough Shoal (also known as Bajo de Masinloc). Speaking at the Inauguration of the Davao International Container Terminal in Davao del Norte, Duterte he received a report on "new barges coming in" and "they suspect there's going to be another construction somewhere."
