    Excerpt
A motorized banca carrying relief goods to residents affected by typhoons Rolly and Ulysses in San Miguel Island in Tabaco City in Albay province capsized on Sunday due to strong waves. Police Regional Office 5 (PRO-5) Spokesperson Major Malu Calubaquib told The Manila Bulletin that at least 945 pieces of food packs and 30 sacks of rice from Senator Kiko Pangilinan were wasted when the motorized banca M/B Puti skippered by Romeo Barra and Sammy Barra capsized in the middle of its voyage to San Miguel Island.
