| local.seafdecaqd.extract | The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has released the results of the vulnerability assessment for the Manila Bay rehabilitation project, which identified areas where the government and other stakeholders could work on. The study highlighted that to ensure the success of the efforts to rehabilitate the heavily polluted Manila Bay, there is a need to intensify solid waste management program, implement stricter monitoring of polluting industries, and reforest watershed and mangrove areas.
