    Plastic waste is believed to have killed a sea turtle found in Valladolid, Negros Occidental, last Tuesday. Capt. Joseth Catonina, town police chief, said a resident, Arnel Emplamado, found the dead two-feet wide and three-feet long turtle on the beach.
