Some 30,000 sardine factory workers in this city will become jobless before the end of tis year until March next year as the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) will impose a ban in the fishing of tamban fish in the Sulu sea. The ban in the fishing of "tamban" in the Sulu sea will allow the fish to spawn freely and multiply from November to March next year.
