Thirteen fishers engaged in the prohibited Danish seine fishing or hulbot-hulbot were caught in the municipal waters of Concepcion, Iloilo. Over the weekend, the illegal fishers were on board "F/B Raymond Joy 25" when the members of Provincial Dagat Task Force under Senior Police Officer 1 Gilbert Piedad spotted them off Baliguian Island.
