A sea turtle was rescued by fishermen after it got trapped in a fish cage at Barangay Sara-et, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental Thursday. Commander Ludovico Librilla Jr., head of Philippine Coast Guard-Negros Occidental, said 61-year-old Francisco Gayonga reported the trapped turtle to authorities.
