Josephine Casipe, 67, was detained at the Barotac Viejo police station custodial facility. Officers served her a warrant of arrest at around 4 p.m. on Tuesday in Barangay San Juan, Barotac Viejo where she lived, a police report showed. It was not clear what provision of the law Casipe was accused of violating but police said they had been searching for her since 2006.en
