The order was signed by Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer in Cebu City, Raul Pasoc, last July 31 addressed to Avelino Albines that was received on the same day by a certain Nenecris Cataga. Nearly 200 mangrove trees and shrubs were damaged as a result of the construction of a road network that has an estimated area of 1,500 square meters or five meters in width and 300 meters in length. | en |
