The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) in Western Visayas has opened the scholarship application for senior high school graduates and graduating students for school year 2021 to 2025. The agency’s Fisheries Scholarship Program (FSP) is offering a four-year scholarship for a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries degree. The FSP has three program components including Fisheries Industry Leader Grant (FILG), which is for high school or Grade 12 students who belong to the Top 10 of their graduating class.
